Products
Winter Park Collectibles® sells collectibles, 3D printed miniature figures, practical 3D printed products, accessories, and related items.
Our 3D printed products are manufactured individually. Minor variations in surface finish, texture, color, dimensions, layer lines, or support marks may occur as part of the 3D printing process and are not necessarily defects.
Our miniature figures are intended for adult hobby, modeling, display, diorama, and tabletop use and are not sold as children’s toys.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Equipment, accessories, props, mounting hardware, or other items shown for demonstration purposes are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required.
Shipping
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Returns and Refunds
We offer 30-day returns on eligible products. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom and Wholesale Orders
Custom, special-order, and wholesale products may be subject to additional terms, minimum quantities, production times, or payment requirements communicated before an order is accepted.
Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications.
