Vintage Postcard 20257-C 1906 Model "K" Ford, See Pioneer Village on US 4. Henry Ford brought out this huge cylinder "Mile a Minute" Model K in 1906, costing $3000. He also brought out the little $500 Model "N' that year, which was the forerunner of the famous Model "T". He wanted to find out whether the Horseless Carriage was a rich man's toy or a poor man's necessity. He sold less than 150 Model "K" Fords and over 2500 Model "N's" in 1906 and was on his way to undreamed of wealth. This Model "K" is among 150 restored automobiles at the Harold Warp Pioneer Village, Minden, Nebr.
