Are the 3D printed figures painted?
No. Our resin figures are supplied unpainted in gray resin so hobbyists can prime, paint, and customize them for their own displays, dioramas, tabletop scenes, and model projects.
Are the figures toys?
No. Our miniature figures are intended for adult hobby, display, modeling, and diorama use. They are not sold as children’s toys.
What do the different figure scales mean?
We offer figures in different hobby scales depending on the product. Our main sizes include:
- 28mm scale — well suited for tabletop gaming and miniature scenes
- 42mm scale — larger figures with more shelf presence and visible detail

Are bases included with the figures?
Base styles vary by set. Some figures have attached bases, while certain products may use separate bases.

What material are the figures made from?
Our miniature figures are 3D printed in high-detail gray resin.
Other products, including some holders and practical 3D printed items, may be produced in materials such as PETG or PLA depending on the product. The material is listed on each product page.
Will 3D printed products have small variations?
Yes. Minor surface, texture, and dimensional variations are normal with 3D printed products and are part of the manufacturing process.
We inspect our products before shipping, but small layer lines, support marks, or other minor printing characteristics may be visible.
What is included with the medical and utility holders?
Only the holder or accessory specifically described in the listing is included unless otherwise stated.
Equipment shown in photographs—such as medical devices, probes, gel bottles, carts, cables, screws, mounting hardware, or other accessories—is used for fitment or demonstration purposes and is not included unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
How much is shipping?

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible products.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
