Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We offer refunds on your purchases. In order to receive a refund, please email us prior to returning your item(s) so we may discuss your refund. The following refund conditions apply:

If you feel the item you received is "not as described" in the original listing, please email us with a photograph of the item you received: Once we review the photograph, and if we determine that the item is not as listed, we will instruct you to mail the item back to us in the original box with all included packing material, within 10 days of receiving your item. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund via including the postage it costs to send it back to us.

If the item is damaged due to shipping: For all glassware items, please send photographs of the item, packing material and shipping container within 7 days of receiving the item. We must have these photos to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Also, please keep all the packing material, box etc., the shipping carrier may ask to see how it was shipped. This is important as the shipping carrier may deny the claim if they are unable to inspect the shipping materials. Once we receive the photographs, or item, we will issue a full refund providing the above condition are met. For all other items, please send the item back in the original packing material and box.

Had a change of heart and really don't want the item you purchase? Please send the item back in its original condition (how we sent it to you), with tracking information, and we will refund the price you paid for the item less the original cost of shipping the item to you. Please pack the item carefully. If there are issues with the return or if items are damaged in transit due to improper packing/shipping we will be unable to issue a refund.

For item(s) returned to us as non deliverable: We will refund the price you paid for the item less the original cost of shipping to send you the item.
