We offer refunds on your purchases. In order for us to process your refund please email us prior to returning your item(s) so we may discuss your refund. The following refund conditions apply:
If the item is damaged due to shipping: For all glassware items, please send photographs of the item(s), packing material and shipping container within 10 days of receiving the item. We must have all of these photos to file a claim with the shipping carrier. For all other items, please send the item back in it's original packing material and box. Once we receive the photographs, or item (s), we will process your refund.
For an item(s) you just don't really want: Please send the item back in it's original condition (how we sent it to you) and we will process your refund less shipping costs.
For item(s) returned to us as non deliverable: We will issue a refund on the purchase price less shipping costs.
